3 Cm Dilated 75 Effaced - My dr said she thought it might be this week,. They finally induced at 39 weeks and i was only in labor start to finish for two hours and ten minutes. It’s 7:15pm…have been dilated at a 2 for 3 weeks and 75 effaced as of tuesday. I was 3cm 75% effaced at 35w6d but we went vaginally. He did a membrane strip to try to start labor since i had cholestasis. That got me to 5cm by the next day and i went to l&d but labor. I’m 36 ish weeks 3 cm dilated 75 percent effaced. Off and on contractions and baby is basically between my legs. It’s my third pregnancy and i have an induction schedule for 39. So as the post says, i'm apparently 3cm dilated and 75% effaced. Went to be checked and monitored today after having sweep yesterday and losing a lot of mucus plug.
